Shift: Shift 1

Status: Per Diem FTE: 0.100000

Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates

Exempt from Overtime: Exempt: Yes

Work Schedule: Days and Evenings

Hours:

7-10 hours per PP, dependent on HRIS Project / Initiative requirements; 8-4, hours will vary

Summary:

The HRIS Application Analyst - Data Analytics is responsible for all data analytic requirements, as well as critical updates, software implementations, service packs, and other identified work efforts necessary to support all HR related applications and projects. These applications would include all Lawson HR modules, Kronos Time & Attendance, Kronos Advanced Scheduler, RS2 Badging, Occupational Health Management (OHM) and Work Stride programs. This position is responsible for knowing HR business processes and serves as a technical point-of-contact for all HRIS applications and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system process flows, required system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities. Additional areas of responsibility include creating functional specification documentation, maintaining & auditing HRIS systems security, comprehensive system testing and development / implementation of process control recommendations.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; preferably in an HR or IT related field for candidates hired after February 28, 2019

EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant HRIS / IT related work experience required
  • One (1) to three (3) years of HRIS software implementation related work experience required
  • One (1) to five (5) years of HRIS project management related work experience desired

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
  • Excellent knowledge with current ERP applications; direct Lawson expertise required
  • Strong knowledge of functional requirements and development of Lawson Integrated Process Automation (IPAs) and configuration changes
  • Solid knowledge of Kronos Time & Attendance and Kronos Advanced Scheduler applications
  • Strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Project, and PowerPoint software applications
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid project and time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data, including policies, procedures, and programs

WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Office environment working with computer, sitting extensively and key boarding data entry activity
  • Travel will be required between the various CH locations
