Summary:
In support of the President & CEO Catholic Medical Partners (CMP), coordinates and manages the office processes, communication and operational support for CMP including support for the Board of Directors, CMP Board Committees, and other office personnel. Provides coordination of administrative support staff to meet the organizational needs. Duties include the development of an annual calendar for committees of the board, support of CMP cabinet, staff meetings, and meetings with health plans. Develops timelines in support of organization deliverables such as annual report and provides administrative support to effectively coordinate work with CH, legal counsel, community partners, health plans, regulatory agencies and vendors. Development and maintenance of document retention system and all legal agreements/contracts.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION- Associates Degree required
- Bachelors preferred
EXPERIENCE- Minimum five (5) years of experience in clerical/secretarial setting preferably in an administrative/executive environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, demonstrates initiative
- Proficiency in recording and producing meeting minutes, business correspondence and other related documents
- Ability to work in a confidential and professional environment
- Strong organization and follow through skills
- Candidate needs to be highly motivated and demonstrates initiative to organize and find efficient solutions to achieve optimal workforce performance
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team for collective success
- Keeps others informed, a go to person for CMP staff
- Mastery in Master Service Organization (MSO) programs

WORKING CONDITIONS- Standard general office environment, including answering telephones and interacting with other office personnel
