Summary:
Ensure that supplies are received correctly. Deliver supplies and maintain the Central Supply Department in a clean, organized and functional condition. Receive and distribute supplies throughout the organization and maintains control of supplies for all hospital departments.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
- Store room area or inventory control experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- Complete arithmetic computations
- Maintain a large store room containing a variety of medical and other supplies and equipment
- Prepare and maintain records of requisition
- Read, understand and maintain records of purchase orders and storeroom operations
- Plan and efficiently arrange the storage of a variety of supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory records to insure adequate stock

- Normal heat, light space, and safe working environment; typical of most storeroom jobs
