Summary:
The HR Data Analyst and Auditor is responsible for the review/auditing of the data within the various HR software applications. This position is responsible for implementation of data management principles and assigned reporting requirements. Additionally, is responsible for preparing, auditing, and reconciling the HR budgets. Work as a key resource to HR Operations and HR Services teams.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
- BS/BA, Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Systems, or related field required
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant human resources experience
- Experience in a health care work environment preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- Able to demonstrate excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint software applications, as well as other Health & Safety related software applications
- Reviews records, downloads, enters and analyzes data, and uses computer on a daily basis
- Must be adaptable to a multi-functional work group environment
- Must be able to prioritize work requirement based upon a frequently changing work environment
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Solid project and time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data, including policies, procedures, and programs
