Work Schedule: Days with Weekend and Holiday Rotation


Primary 8-4pm, 10-6pm

The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Care Management staff through strong organization and interpersonal skills. Working as a member of the Care Management Team, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the organization of information, data entry and report generation. The Administrative Assistant utilizes technical skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills to support the function of the Care Management Department.



  • Associates Degree required
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Computer proficient; knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • One (1) year medical office management or equipment preferred
  • Previous healthcare and administrative support experience preferred
  • Familiar with medical terminology preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) software applications & Outlook. Job Candidates must be able to achieve established minimum score on the current Catholic Health Administrative Assistant skills assessment test in order to be eligible for employment in this job position
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines with patience and flexibility
  • Demonstrates strong ability to maintain and deal with confidential data and issues
  • Good judgment and diplomacy in being able to relate to all organizational levels
  • Ability to independently prepare reports, minutes and correspondence
  • Knowledge of standard multi-functional office equipment
  • Able to drive to various Catholic Health locations
