Hours: 8am-4pm

Summary:

The Manager Human Resources for Corporate Services is responsible for supporting the planning, organizing, and directing of all human resources process and corporate initiatives in coordination with Director Human Resources Corporate Services and Trinity Medical, site administration, Corporate HR, Trinity Medical HR and Emmaus HR. Provides oversight to HR Business Partners related to employee relations, recruitment, benefits, practice acquisitions, and daily HR operations. Position is required to oversee and manage all additional HR functions as requested by the Director, Human Resources Corporate Services and Trinity Medical.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Health Care Administration required
  • In lieu of degree, fifteen (15) years of Human resources experience is required
  • SPHR certification strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of five (5) - ten (10) years of progressive HR related work experience; with a minimum of one (1) - three (3) years of experience of direct report management work experience preferred, as well as HR work experience within a health care work environment strongly preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY
  • Solid strategic planning, analytical, and organization skills
  • Excellent knowledge of human resource management, employment and labor law
  • Strong facilitation and mediation skills
  • Ability to develop and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Good strategic planning, analytical, and organization skills
  • Excellent PC skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software applications
  • Strong Knowledge of HR Information Systems; preferably Lawson
  • Solid knowledge of job requisition software applications; preferably Position Manager
