Summary:
The Director of Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services is the ultimate authority responsible for administering the development, implementation, and operation of all facets of outpatient substance use disorder services. This position is responsible for overall administrative and clinical operation of the outpatient substance use disorder programs as well as coordinating and managing operations according to OASAS and Federal regulations. The Director coordinates admissions, treatment, discharge, policies and procedures, and is responsible for day-to-day management and clinical coordination of service delivery. The Director develops and enforces adherence to policy, determines capital FTE and budgetary needs, staffing levels, clinical programming, competency and training of staff within the department. The Director demonstrates hospital mission as it applies to quality of care to patients and the family.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION- QHP per 372.3-d (MD, PA, RN, CSW, OT, Psychologist/PhD, CASAC, CRC) required
- Bachelors degree required
- Masters degree strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE- Must have five (5) years of experience in provision of substance use disorder programs and an additional five (5) years of supervisory experience prior to the appointment as Director

WORKING CONDITIONS:- Will be required to travel to multiple locations
