Summary:
The Service Coordinator greets candidates/associates, registers demographic information into computer system, schedules appointments, providing administrative support along with developing and maintaining moderately complex spreadsheets, report compilation, and data trending analysis.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION - High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Associates degree or certification from an accredited business school/program preferred
EXPERIENCE - One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support roll
- Prior medical office experience preferred
- Prior experience in occupational health and/or human resources preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY - Strong customer service skills
- Strong proficiency in the use of required software applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Power Point experience preferred
- Strong ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and deal with confidential data and issues
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

- Potential exposure to infectious diseases
