Work Schedule: Days and Evenings with Call Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Hours: 7-3p, 7:30-3:30p, 8-4p, 9:30-5:30p, 10-6p, 11-7p, 12a-8p, 2p-10p, 3p-11p, 4p-12a, 11p-7a on call, holiday and weekend rotation required. Days and hours to vary. May rotate to off site locations.
Summary:
Assists in managing the CT Scan department's daily operations and provides computerized assisted tomographic services as ordered. Performs diagnostic radiographs and images. Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation as appropriate to the ages of the patients served, based on the area of clinical practice. May be assigned off-site.
Mount St. Mary's Hospital consists of multiple locations and associate may be assigned as needed
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION- CT Certification required upon hire
- Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training required
- Current NYS License in Radiologic Technology required
- Current NYS intravenous contrast administration certification required
- BLS at time of placement
- Accredited Program in Radiologic Technology required
EXPERIENCE- Three (3) years in CT Scan Technology required
- Three (3) to Five (5 ) years CT Scan experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
