Work Schedule: Days with Call Weekend and Holiday Rotation

Hours: 7a-5p, minimally 1 weekend/1 weekday shift/month, 1 holiday per year, rotating call

Summary:

Performs ultrasound and doppler procedures specific to the visualization of the heart, it's structures and corresponding blood flow. Studies may be obtained bedside, during stress testing, or TEE.

Mount St. Mary's Hospital consists of multiple locations and associate may be assigned as needed

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

• Associates Degree in Allied Health field, as determined appropriate by the Director of the department.
• Certified by the ARDMS as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or by CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer required

EXPERIENCE

• Clinical exposure/experience in an echocardiography certification program required
• Three (3) years' experience including TEE, stress echo, and pediatrics preferred
