Summary:
The Implementation Administrator, Strategic Growth and New Partnerships, supports the business planning process of the system and its entities. This position supports executive and ministry leadership in the development of strategic plans and annual operating plans ensuring their integration and consistency with the system strategic plan and annual operating plan. This position provides support for various strategic initiatives directed by members of the executive leadership team. Program management will include meeting with the President & CEO and SVP, Strategic Growth and New Partnership, planning weeks, months and quarters ahead to ensure organizational engagement and deliverables that are called and achieved in the strategic plan. The project manager is responsible for the coordination of activities related to the development, updating of the strategic plan, and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the system executive office. Serves as liaison to planning consultants.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION- Master's degree in Health Services Management, Master's in Business Administration or related field required
EXPERIENCE- Minimum three (3) years of experience in managing complex business projects, in a healthcare environment preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with project/process management
- Experience with varied strategic and/or complex projects or initiatives
- Experience in business plan development in a healthcare environment preferred
- Experience with developing successful business development relationships
