Work Schedule: Days and Evenings with Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Hours: Various shifts between 6a - 8p; 6a - 2p, 1p - 8p
Summary:
Promotes and maintains a positive service culture. Directs department activities to include food preparation, production, assembly, service and distribution for patients/residents, staff and visitors. Ensures adherence to standardized recipes, menus and safe handling practices. Organizes cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, and small wares. Operates cash registers and other equipment to include; pizza ovens and grill. Provides input to Production Manager and Food Supervisor regarding shift operations. Adheres to the Catholic Health Mission, Core Values and Standards of Behavior
Responsibilities:
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE- Two (2) years previous experience in Food Service required
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Customer Service experience strongly desired
- Cash register experience strongly desired
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY - Strong written and verbal communication skills
