The Administrative Assistant III for Corporate HR Services is responsible for providing administrative support for all Corporate HR related day-to-day activities, projects, and Corporate HR initiatives. In this capacity, this position is responsible for specific duties and responsibilities for the day-to-day HR Corporate Office operational activities. Under the direction of the VP, HR Services, the Administrative Assistant, HR Corporate Services responsible for providing the necessary administrative support to meet the overall needs of the HR leadership team working out of the Corporate HR office. Responsibilities:
- High School diploma or GED
- AAS degree strongly preferred
KNOWLEDGE,SKILL AND ABILITY
- A minimum of three (3) years of administrative support work experience, preferably within the functional area of HR and/or Health & Safety.
WORKING CONDITIONS ENVIRONMENT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software applications.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources related practices and policies.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer).
- Ability to establish priorities, ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines with patience and flexibility.
- Demonstrates strong ability to maintain and deal with confidential data and issues.
- Good judgment and diplomacy in being able to relate to all organizational levels.
- Ability to prepare reports, minutes and correspondence.
