The Director Finance - LIFE will play an integral role in the finance leadership team as well as the leadership team of LIFE. The LIFE program is a multi-location insurance plan focusing on care management. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, oversight of financial reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting, revenue management and regulatory compliance.
The Director Finance will be responsible for the insurance operations of the plan including oversight of claims administration and processing, including managing relationships with the plan's Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). In addition, the Director Finance will be responsible for annual Part D bid development, participant enrollment/disenrollment, program compliance oversight, including being key liaison with regulatory agencies. The Director Finance will manage LIFE's revenue cycle, including monitoring the plan's Risk Adjustment score to ensure accuracy and completeness of payments.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA and/or CPA preferred
Five (5) - ten (10) years of professional work experience in Finance
Health Maintenance Organization experience in a capitated environment preferred
Knowledge of health care finance required
Working knowledge of US GAAP

Knowledge of PC and spreadsheet-based program required
