Summary:


Provides direct administrative assistance and support to the Victory Technology Center department; provides indirect, ancillary administrative assistance and support to the OLVR Corporation. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, duties include: daily administrative tasks; timely follow-up; operations support; scheduling and maintaining the flow of information for the effective functioning of the department. Incumbent will be required to demonstrate the ability to multi-task with changing priorities at a high-level of important and confidential matters and issues. Confidential interaction with professionals inside and outside the organization, including: customers, business partners, and vendors. Coordinate the needs of an executive office.

Responsibilities:


EDUCATION
  • High School diploma or GED
  • AAS degree strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of two (2) years of administrative support work experience
  • Customer Service and Front Desk experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in Facilities services, IT services, or multi-functional site is preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
  • Acute awareness of confidentiality and security requirements
  • Excellent skills and knowledge in all Microsoft Office computer applications
  • Strong Data Management skills with a willingness to learn other software applications as needed
  • Knowledge of personal computer, standard office equipment, etc.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language clearly
  • Ability to deal tactfully with clients, associates, residents, visitors, vendors, and the general public
  • Ability to foster excellent client relationships
  • Excellent telephone/email skills and etiquette
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow written or oral instructions
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to self-motivate with multiple tasks in a demanding environment
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments
