Status: Full Time FTE: 1.000000

Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates

Exempt from Overtime: Exempt: Yes

Work Schedule: Days

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

Summary:

The Manager, Inventory Management is responsible for managing all Catholic Health supply chain operations in compliance with all applicable Catholic Health policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory healthcare requirements.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business or Purchasing/Materials Management field required
  • APICS certification a plus (CPIM preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum four (4) years relevant work experience in Inventory Management, preferably within a healthcare work environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
  • Strong knowledge and experience with defining and utilization of Inventory systems
  • Solid knowledge and experience in managing multiple site, complex inventory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with the establishment of inventory locations and associated methodology
  • Excellent Microsoft Office software application including the utilization of Excel and the creation of Pivot Tables and Graphs
  • Strong problem solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills

WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Travel required among CH sites

ENVIRONMENT
  • Normal heat, light space, and safe working environment; typical of both an office and warehouse operations
