Job Description
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technical Management or IT related field of study. Five (5) years' related experience as a Lawson Analyst or in a related IT occupation. Experience is required and must include the following: Working with the various HR Lawson software applications; Writing and maintaining Lawson data analytic reporting/queries in order to provide functional areas with details on their strategic goals and objectives utilizing Crystal Reposts, ISD, Rich Client, SQL and Kronos; Configuring Lawson Rich Client using Configuration Console; Developing, reviewing, testing and implementing of HRIS applications with an emphasis on Lawson & Kronos; and Troubleshooting and resolving ad hoc Lawson and Kronos system issues in a timely manner.
Duties: Responsible for software implementations, service packs, critical updates, report creation, and other identified work efforts necessary to support all HR related applications and projects including all Lawson HR modules, Kronos Time & Attendance, Kronos Advanced Scheduler, RS2 Badging, Occupational Health Management (OHM) and Work Stride programs. Responsible for knowing HR business processes and serves as a technical point-of-contact for all HRIS applications and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system process flows, required system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities. Creating functional specification documentation, maintaining & auditing HRIS systems security, comprehensive system testing and development/implementation of process control recommendations.
