Status: Full Time FTE: 1.000000

Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates

Exempt from Overtime: Exempt: No

Work Schedule: Days

Hours: 8:00am -4:00pm

Summary:
The Foundation Coordinator facilitates the day-to-day administration of the Foundation Office, including entry and reconciliation of financial information; entering and updating of donor information; preparation of gift receipts and other correspondence; coordination of and assistance with Foundation events; and other duties as may be requested by the Executive Director from time-to-time.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
  • Associates Degree required
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • Two (2) years required - four (4) years preferred; experience in office administration, preferably within a not-for-profit organization

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc), with particular proficiency in Mail Merge
  • Familiarity with donor management software
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
