Hours: 8a-4p

Summary:

It is the responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate the recruitment branding, marketing, outreach, and planning processes. The coordinator will work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention to implement new programs and practices that would effectively increase diversity in the organization. It is ultimately the role of the Talent Acquisition Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to help drive recruitment brand awareness through the Catholic Health website, online and print resources, social media, school collaborations, community initiatives, and to facilitate recruitment marketing campaigns. It is this position\u2019s responsibility to identify and facilitate relationships with the high schools, health academies, colleges and universities, and assist in coordinating school programs and job fair activities for the talent acquisition team. This position will promote the opportunities available through Catholic Health and help build partnerships in the community. Networking and participation in professional organizations is a regular part of the job. Process improvement and sharing of best practices is also a responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Marketing and Outreach Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master\u2019s Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
  • Five (5) years of total experience in Marketing/Brand Awareness, Human Resources, or related field, preferably in healthcare

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
  • Excellent knowledge of NYS and Federal employment law and regulations
  • Solid PC skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

ENVIRONMENT
