Summary:

Provides direct executive level administrative support to the President/CEO of the Catholic Health System (CHS) with complex calendar management. Provides Board Governance administrative support for the CHS Corporate Members & Religious Sponsors; CHS Board of Directors, Board Executive Committee and the CHS Board Nominating & Governance Committee including the preparation and distribution of meeting materials, preparation of meeting minutes and audio/visual support for in-person and virtual meetings. Provides administrative support to the Senior Executive Team meetings. General administrative responsibilities include responding to meeting requests, calls and mail received, processing invoices, reconciling monthly corporate credit card statements, KRONOS payroll timekeeping and business travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
  • Associates Degree required
  • Notary Public Commission recommended

EXPERIENCE
  • Five (5) years office experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
  • Excellent skills and knowledge in all Microsoft Office computer applications
  • Knowledge of personal computer, audio/video conferencing equipment and virtual WebEx meeting platform
  • Ability to establish working relationships with a diverse population
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Willingness to learn new technology skills (example: Atlassian Confluence and Jira)
  • Preparation & set-up for meeting presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment
  • Flexibility to pivot and adjust calendar appointments and meeting schedule changes to accommodate high priority tasks and initiatives
  • Acute awareness of confidentiality requirements
